Recent Research and Updates on Alzheimer’s Disease
Abstract
This research article seeks to compile current research work that has been done regardingthe origin, progress, and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) in the year 2014. Much research has been carried out by university departments and medical centres in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Far East. However, a cure for AD is yet to be found. This assessment further emphasizes the reality that policy changes are necessary for patients and their families as they manage, and cope with the disease. Additionally, more funding and amenities for research are necessary to enhance all aspects of the disease and if possible to find a cure for AD.
